Alpheva Data Deletion Requests

Alpheva allows users to request deletion of certain personal data directly within the app.

How to request data deletion

  1. Open the Alpheva app
  2. Go to Settings → Profile Settings
  3. Select Deactivate Account

Data that may be deleted

  • Usage data
  • Generated content associated with the user
  • Stored preferences

Disconnect bank accounts

You can disconnect your bank accounts at any time by going to Settings → Accounts.

Data that may be retained

  • Account identifiers required for legal, security, or billing purposes

Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for fraud prevention.
